They make it worth your time to deliver value to your team and organization on an ongoing basis. Plus, you likely have a reputation as a top employee, making it more meaningful to stay. You can continue to build on your successes and make a bigger move down the road.

With all of the changes happening due to the coronavirus, your call center job may be one of the few constants in your life. Because moving to a new company is disruptive, you may want to remain where you are for now. You can continue to learn, develop your skills, and take on new responsibilities.
